We appreciate your choice to book mobile IV hydration treatments with Smart IV. Here’s what you can expect next:
Pre-Treatment Contact
The day prior to your treatment, our nurse will reach out to the main contact via the phone number provided during booking.
Medical History Survey: Kindly complete the following survey for each individual to be treated: (https://tinyurl.com/smartivmedicalhistory).
Deposit Request: You will be requested to make a small deposit of $20 per person.
Day of Treatment
Remaining Balance: During the treatment, a link for the remaining balance will be sent to you for completion.
Tipping: It is customary to tip the nurse if you have a positive experience. This may include engaging conversation, thoughtfulness throughout the treatment, or other reasons you may see fit. Please note that our nurses receive 100% of their tips (less any associated credit card fees).
